I had to endure a painful, stiff back since my car accident and lower back surgery last year. I have seen several doctors, a back specialist, and my orthopaedic surgeon, but all with no luck. I have also spoken with an osteopath and chiropractor and tried Reiki and cranial-sacral therapy. None of these approaches has improved my lower back situation. My back injury and lower back surgery left me with chronic pain and discomfort. I suffered from debilitating shooting pains that radiated down both of my legs.
