Overcoming Anxiety & Awakening Personal Power with Jerry Sargeant

Since my childhood, I have suffered from anxiety and bouts of depression. I used to become stressed if the smallest thing went wrong with my day. Sometimes, I felt so overwhelmed that I could not go out, and COVID just made everything worse. The doctors prescribed antidepressants, which work, but then I feel drowsy and out of sorts all day like when I dream.
