My fear of needles and stinging insects has haunted me since childhood. This wasn’t a mere discomfort; it was a profound, incapacitating phobia. This fear had its roots in a traumatic experience from my childhood when I had an allergic reaction to a vaccination. Since then, the sight of needles or stinging insects would paralyze me with fear. I recall instances where I froze in sheer terror or embarrassingly fled from situations where others were present.
I sought help through various means, including consulting doctors, trying hypnotherapy, and exploring alternative remedies. But nothing seemed to work; the fear was deeply ingrained within me.
