How I Overcame My Spider Phobia with Jerry Sargeant

I truly was afraid of spiders. I had ruined dates and dinners and gatherings with friends because of my fear of spiders. I have had this spider phobia ever since I was a kid. This fear is nothing to joke about. When I say I’m afraid of spiders, they give me major anxiety. I’ve even had severe panic attacks. I wasn’t just afraid of spiders—I was terrified of them.

I had a panic attack thanks to a spider when I was home alone. I saw one in my bedroom, crawling across the wall. I ran outside onto the landing, trying to scream, but nothing would come out of my mouth. I collapsed. My dad found me on the floor when he came home. I don’t know how long I was there. It completely took over my body.

I have had several incidents like this. Some of them have been so embarrassing, especially when friends, even a date, had been there to witness it.
I went to the doctors, tried hypnotherapy, tried herbal formulas to try and calm me down, and even smoked cannabis. None of it worked. I came across Star Magic Healing online one day. I was listening to one of Jerry Sargeant’s meditation videos on YouTube.

He was discussing fears and phobias, and he even mentioned spiders. I saw it as a sign and contacted him. I booked a healing session and also listened to two of Jerry’s guided meditations. Ones that he recommended from the meditation library on his website. I don’t know how, but I have not been scared of spiders since. It just stopped.

After the session, Jerry wrote to me and explained I had been in a past life where I had been bitten by a spider as a child. He said this one bite had created trauma that was stored in my energy body. He told me he released it. I don’t know whether I believe in past lives or not, but one thing is for certain: whatever Jerry did that day worked.

Even the meditations I found a little out there, but he told me it didn’t matter. It was the frequency embedded within the guided meditations themselves that did what was necessary. I just had to listen and absorb the energy. Well, it worked. Thank you, Jerry, and thank you, Star Magic Healing.
