My tinnitus started five years ago when I was going through a stressful period at work. Starting mildly at night, it quickly became worse, increasing in frequency and in volume, affecting my sleep. It began with intermittent random thumping like a drum machine malfunctioning.
Then came the earache and fullness like being underwater and high-pitched whistling in my ears. This went on for hours most days of the week, with a few clear days between episodes. I was feeling more stressed and angry as a result of this. Night after night, I was woken up by the dreadful sounds. My loss of sleep and anxiety were making me feel constantly ill, worn out, and run down.
I had tried to go down the medical route. Initially, I was misdiagnosed with Eustachian tube malfunction, and I saw another specialist when I argued that it was not this. I had several hearing tests and an MRI scan. This turned up nothing, and my last ENT specialist found a reduction in my ear pressure.
I had lost all hope when he said there was nothing that could be done except wait it out or cut off the tendons that protect my eardrums from sharp, sudden sounds. I didn’t want surgery, as nothing was diagnosed. I felt anxious and depressed.
Then I tried a few alternative therapies. These included Hopi ear candling, quantum healing, Reiki, Cranial-Sacral Therapy, and acupuncture. All of these had no lasting results. The pain and intensity may diminish temporarily, but they always returned a few days later in full force.
Then I stumbled upon Star Magic energy healing. After a distant healing session with Jerry Sargeant Within an hour, the tinnitus reduced, and over the following days and weeks, it has slowly vanished altogether. That was a year ago. Since then it has not returned, and I am so happy. Bye, bye, painful ear noise.
